Pinnacle Propane Sitecore Maintenance

Pinnacle Propane is one site inside SHV Energy’s multi-site Sitecore setup. My job is to keep the Pinnacle site updated day to day, mostly on the content side, so the U.S. team can move fast without waiting on the Europe-based dev queue.

On the build side, I added a full blog section and keep expanding the site with new modular pages. The pages are built from reusable Sitecore components, so we can assemble layouts based on what each page needs. I also support a heavy set of forms that drive service requests and lead capture, along with the reporting the team uses to track submissions.

Having a U.S.-based Sitecore developer has made a real difference for turnaround time. Requests get handled quickly, content stays current, and the team has a go-to person who knows the Silagy Sitecore stack inside this shared instance. I’ve been supporting Pinnacle this way for about three years and I’m still involved today.
