Garden Communities is a New Jersey–based real estate owner, builder, and manager with luxury multifamily communities across multiple states. Their Kentico website was already built and in active use, but with so many regions and properties in play, they needed steady development support to keep things running well and aligned with the needs of their leasing and marketing teams.
We stepped in to handle the day-to-day development and maintenance of the Kentico platform. The setup includes several regional websites, each focused on a specific area of the U.S., all managed within a single Kentico instance. My work includes keeping the system stable, addressing issues before they become problems, improving performance where needed, and rolling out new features that support both internal teams and prospective residents.
A key part of the ongoing work is the integration with listing platforms like Zillow and ApartmentSearch. From Kentico, we manage and publish the availability of specific floor plans, and that data is pushed out to these listing sites. As availability changes, the updates flow through automatically, so the listings stay in sync with the live inventory on the main site. On top of that, the site supports marketing campaigns that capture leads from these channels and other outreach efforts, track where prospects are coming from, and route those inquiries to the right teams for follow-up.
This is a long-term support partnership rather than a one-time build. My role is to keep the Kentico environment healthy, adapt the site as Garden Communities grows into new regions, and ensure the digital experience keeps pace with their portfolio.
